  • Standard Shipping available at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times: 15–20 business days. Times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delivery may vary due to carrier delays or peak seasons.

  • Shipping Rates: **$8.00** for orders under $70.00 (Free Standard for orders over $70.00).

  • Fulfillment Location: Your order is packed and shipped via our dropshipping application partner to ensure faster delivery.

  • Phone Number: Please provide your phone number at checkout. The courier may contact you via phone or email if any delivery issues arise.

  • Delivery Estimates: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, carrier delays, or peak shopping seasons.

  • No P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

  • Address Changes: Shipping addresses can only be changed before the order is dispatched. Once shipped, the address cannot be updated.

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.

  • Incorrect Address: If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.

  • Lost or Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately with photos. We will investigate and issue a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

  • Pre-orders & Backorders: Pre-ordered or out-of-stock items will be shipped on a first-come, first-served basis as soon as they become available.
